$2,500 Goal

Recovery Support Solutions

The Western Wisconsin Health (WWH) Recovery Support Solutions (RSS) program will provide care and treatment for those suffering from substance use disorders in a rural community. The goal of the program is to serve patients in need of substance use disorder treatment in a rural setting, while removing barriers to care and cultivating connectedness and a sense of belonging. WWH’s RSS program is unique in the fact that the leader is a family medicine physician. The program works to meet patients’ comprehensive care needs, such as annual physicals and care for chronic conditions, as well as SUD care needs.

The RSS program consists of a comprehensive approach to care and advocacy for each patient based on their needs and desires for treatment. The lead SUD family medicine physician, WWH’s Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselors work closely on scheduling initial visits, determining further need of services and case management, connecting the patient to behavioral health counseling, peer support in a group setting and substance use disorder counseling with connection to external community resources.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 through GiveBig 2025.  We hope you will consider a donation to help us reach our goal and serve our patients.

Help us provide access to those wanting to heal.

We greatly appreciate your consideration and support of a donation. Together, we will build a healthier tomorrow for our friends, our neighbors, and our community.
